The National Cathedral

The John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts
The Kennedy Center is the busiest arts center in the country and is situated on 17 acres that overlook the Potomac River. East & West Potomac Parks
Offering golf, miniature golf, a public swimming pool, and tennis courts, East Potomac Park is an excellent outdoor attraction in the DC area. Walk, run, or bicycle along the roads and paths, a pastime that's especially rewarding when the cherry trees are in bloom each March or April. West Potomac Park is adjacent to the National Mall and is the site of many landmarks, as well as more beautiful cherry trees.

Rock Creek Park
With an 11-mile paved bike route from the Lincoln Memorial into Maryland, Rock Creek Park is a great place to get a little fresh air and exercise on shaded pathways close to Rock Creek. Bikes are available for rental at Bike and Roll
