Best Western Rockville Hotel & Suites Group Policy

To guarantee rates quoted, the availability of sleeping rooms/function space and all other terms, contract must be signed and returned to the hotel along with a 20% deposit, or block of rooms may be cancelled. A 50% deposit is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and a rooming list is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. It is stipulated that a group block consists of a minimum of ten rooms and should the actual number of rooms "picked up" fall below that number, the Hotel reserves the right to adjust the group rate accordingly. For Direct Bill customers, deposits will not be required; however, it is stipulated that guarantee and cancellation policies apply, and group agrees to pay as outlined in the event of cancellation outside of the established time frame.
